Numbers of flights increased dramatically in the Canary Islands, sign that the economy is getting better

Since the beginning of august numbers of flights coming to and leaving  the Canary Islands have increased dramatically, according to ISLAND CONNECTION, more than 4700 flights will land and take off from the different islands. Gran Canaria, and Tenerife will be the busiest airports, compare to the same period last year, there has been an increase of 7% (14% for Fuerteventura).
Around 600,000 passengers are expected to pass across the airports in the next few days. Gran Canaria will receive around 165,000 passengers (+7.2% compare to last year) and Tenerife South around 142.000 (+9.8%).
All these figures are very encouraging for the Canary Islands which have seen the unemployment rates decrease quite enough and everything suggests it will go on this way. The property market is benefiting as well of all this improvement. GoldAcre Estates is one of the agency which has always offered the best opportunity for sale and rent in both Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura thanks to its knowledge and experience of the Canary Islands market.
